UK producer SusTrapperazzi has been busy making a name for himself with his productions for the likes of frequent-collaborator Novelist, K-Trap, BXKS & Tiny Boost, viral production videos, live sets alongside D Double E and not to mention his EP for German label Illan Tape. Here, SusTrapperazzi lands on London label Astral Black with 6-essential instrumentals in the form of his 'Rationale' EP.

The sample at the top of EP opener 'Gospel Trappin' asserts the listener to "Listen to this!" before the prolific producer flips an anthemic gospel sample into a mesmerising trap instrumental. Elsewhere on 'What's Wrong' - the producer stitches a a triumphant new jack swing sample together into a Houston-inspired pop ballad. Meanwhile on tracks like 'Through To You' & 'Gold Rain' Sus sits well and truly in his bag, fusing together all the elements of his sound into expertly crafted 808 laced Drill instrumentals.

SusTrapperazzi's 'Rationale' EP kicks off the labels 10 year anniversary which is set to see a string of releases including a EP's from Jossy Mitsu (Rinse FM), Bruised Skies (Hoover Sounds) & NigelThreeTimes (Fractal Fantasy) as well as sample warper Eahwee's follow up to his 'Solitude' LP & a collaborative LP from prolific producer Samuel Organ & folk visionary LAUCAN.

Finally, some sounds of the 'Sir' to actually buy in Flac. It would be nice if he could do some versions with the kids spitting over them as well. Don't worry though I'm doing my own bars when listening: stuff about mortgage rates, how I hate washing up and lyrics about the Kuiper belt and how there's probably loads of planets in our solar system we don't actually count as planets. Any chance of Side by Side the vocal mix on Bandcamp, please sir? They only place I have that is on Youtubes and it has really bad sound quality. At the moment I'm Side by Siding myself doing all the lyrics myself and my dog is looking at me like I'm daft. I'm a 50 year old man. I should not be acting like this around the house. humblenations
